Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. My writing method, Abbreviations needing three keys

They are words of two, three or more syllables. I try to put the first letters of the first three syllables, and for words of two syllables, the first letters of the two syllables and the last letter of the word, but this is not always possible, so I try to take advantage of groups of two or three letters I have on my writing panel.
